I had a great time at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great and there was plenty of green areas to walk around. The staff, including the animation team, were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Additionally, the food was plentiful and the drinks were also great.

Nothing to complain about. All aspects of my stay were excellent.

We spent Easter weekend at a resort located inside an amusement park. It was so much fun and perfect for our family. the all-inclusive restaurant had amazing food and drinks with plenty of options. We also enjoyed the numerous monitored activities for kids above 5 years old. the warm water group of swimming pools was a highlight in the evenings with the cool weather. the rooms were spacious and cleaned often. the park was an attraction apart and provided free entertainment for our children.

The TV channels were quite limited, not enough for the kids. the bathroom was old and outdated, in need of renovation.

The parking system could have been improved to avoid wasting time.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was nice that they had a special dinner with typical food from the region. The swimming pools were warm and the kids loved the water park that was included in the package. The hotel is located in a great spot, close to a shopping center and restaurants.

The rooms were not up to standard, outdated and dirty. The staff was not attentive, and the food was average.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and infinity pool. the service was impeccable, and the staff was always ready to help. the restaurant had a fantastic selection of food for every meal, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of entertainment options at night. Although there was a leisure/TV room, we expected more activities to keep us occupied.
